Brian F. Reynolds, Chief
Market Strategist
Brian Reynolds, C.F.A.,
is one of Wall Street's premier Macro Strategists. His
unique combination of experience in economics as well as in
the equity, fixed income and money markets - gathered over a
twenty-five year investment career - brings an independent
and unbiased perspective of the financial markets to his
work. His research is an invaluable resource to our clients
and a key part of WJB's agency equity and derivative
business lines.
Prior to joining WJB,
Brian served in the same position at M.S. Howells & Co. and
as Chief Strategist at Kirlin Securities, Inc. He spent 16
years at David L. Babson & Co. where he was a Senior Vice
President and Portfolio Manager. Brian joined Babson in 1984
as the firm's economic analyst. He served as an equity
trader from 1985 to 1987, manager of the company's taxable
retail and institutional money market funds from 1986
through 2000, and as a member of the portfolio management
team of the company's fixed income separate accounts and
mutual funds from 1987 through 2000. Brian has also served
as a fixed income and economic columnist for TheStreet.com
and Minyanville.
Brian received his B.A.
in Economics from Harvard College in 1983 and became a
C.F.A. charter holder in 1989. He is a former President of
the Fixed Income Management Society of Boston.

Scott H. Fullman, Director of
Derivative Investment Strategy
Scott Fullman, C.M.T.,
R.O.P., R.F.A., has spent the majority of his career
focusing on derivative research strategy. Scott has been a
featured speaker before many industry groups, taught at the
New York Institute of Finance and constructed an options
index. In his two most recent previous positions, at
Investec and I.A. Englander, Scott served as the Managing
Director of Equity Derivatives and the Director of
Investment Strategy. He has written
derivatives research for Shearson Lehman, Cowen & Co. and
Swiss America. In 1996 he won the "Top Trader" Award from Bridge News.
Scott received his B.A.
from Pace University. He is a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg and
other financial news networks.
