WJB has a policy of using its best efforts to protect the confidentiality and security of information that is obtained. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone except to the extent required by law or regulatory requirements.

Our employees, acting on our behalf, are required to protect the confidentiality of information and to comply with our established policies. They may access information only when there is an appropriate reason to do so. It is also WJB Capital Group, Inc.'s policy to require all of our service providers who are to receive any information to sign strict confidentiality agreements. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information. Employees who violate our Privacy Policy are subject to disciplinary procedures.
