|
Michael N. Romano is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of WJB Capital Group, Inc. Mr. Romano has over fourteen (14) years of sales and trading experience working on the floor of the NYSE as a clerk, head clerk and broker. Currently, he is an Executive Director of the Company where his responsibilities include shaping all trading execution and coverage strategies for WJB.
As the driving force behind WJB's trading and execution platform on a day-to-day basis, Mr. Romano has spent his time both in the trading crowd and in the booth on the phones with our customers. Mr. Romano is the engineer and architect for a majority of the technological and operational changes to WJB's trading operations and is instrumental in building WJB to its current level and size through his ongoing business development activities.
In addition to serving on the Company's Board of Directors, Mr. Romano is an Allied Member of the NYSE.
Mr. Romano possesses his Series 7, 15 (NYSE), 25, 55 and 63 securities licenses. |
