John Miles IV (Jack) joined WJB Capital Group, Inc. as part of the acquisition of Doyle Miles & Co. in February of 2007. As part of the merger Jack brought over his entire firm with him to WJB where he directs the teams efforts in trading and sales trading.
In his previous role at Doyle Miles, Jack was a founding and the senior partner for seven years. He oversaw all of Doyle Miles floor trading responsibilities and was the instrumental force in building their business. Jack began his career at Kidder Peabody in 1989 where he traded the option markets on the floor of the American Stock Exchange. After leaving the AMEX Jack moved over to the NYSE and worked for R. Kelly. He helped to pioneer the direct access model on the exchange by having clients start coming directly to the floor as early as 1995.
Jack has a long family heritage on Wall Street with his Grandfather (John II) acting as a Governor of the AMEX for over 25 years, and his Father (John III) running their family business through 2005.
Jack resides in Tribeca with his wife Meryl and daughter Riley. |
