| |
|
Craig A. Rothfeld, Executive Director, oversees all of WJB Capital Group, Inc.'s day to day finance, accounting, compliance, regulatory, information technology and business development operations and serves on the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Rothfeld has extensive capital markets experience as a former Vice President of Investments for First Albany Corporation's Private Wealth Management Group and as the Coordinator of Capital Markets at Pepco Holdings Inc. (f/k/a Conectiv ) where he focused on Debt Refinancing, Stranded Cost Securitization, Hedging Strategies, Corporate Buyback, Commercial Paper programs and State Regulatory and Compliance Issues. In addition, Mr. Rothfeld has successfully completed several private-placements and capital raising ventures on behalf of WJB. Mr. Rothfeld began his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen working on international consolidations and year end audits for public companies.
Mr. Rothfeld is a Certified Public Accountant, possesses an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU, and received a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany . In June 2004, Mr. Rothfeld was appointed to the MBA Program Board of Advisors for the College of Business Administration at Oklahoma State University where he is also a frequent lecturer. Additionally, he is a guest lecturer on behalf of the NYSE's Educational Services group and to undergraduate and graduate business school students on various Wall Street subjects.
Mr. Rothfeld is an Allied Member of the NYSE and possesses his Series 7, 14, 27, and 63 securities licenses. |
