Clearing Execution Relationship |

| WJB has a clearing agreement with
Jefferies & Company, Inc., in which we are the introducing broker-dealer. All trades are
cleared on a fully disclosed basis and transactions are cleared
using the delivery versus payment method. Clients may also flip trades to their
corresponding broker-dealer. |

WJB's operations team
has the ability to allocate trades through Oasys and
Global Oasys, open new accounts via the Alert system, and
use ACT Weblink to flip trades. |
|
|
Jefferies & Company, Inc. provides the
delivery of cash and securities, issuance of trade
confirmations and mailing of monthly statements. |
